QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL CLINICAL TRAINING OF DR. RAIMUND ROYER Dr. Raimund Royer is an Oriental medical doctor working at Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine. In addition, he is the medical director of the Jaseng Hospital of Oriental Medicine’s International Clinic in Seoul, Korea. Dr. Raimund Royer did his B.A. in Korean Medicine from Daegu Haany University Korea in 1999. After graduation, he started Specialization training at Cha Hospital, Bundang, Korea, in 1999. He finished his training in 2001 and did his Certified PI (President Identity) Course in 2002 from the Graduate School of Mass Communication, Sogang University, Korea. He also did his M.A in Korean Medicine from Kyung-won University, Korea, in 2005, followed by Certified Dale Carnegie Course in 2007 and later completed his Ph.D. in Korean Medicine, Kyung-won University, Korea, in 2010. SPECIAL CLINICAL INTEREST OF DR. RAIMUND ROYER Dr. Raimund Royer has a particular clinical interest in treating Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome, Spinal stenosis, and Obesity. His field of expertise also includes lower back pain caused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, degenerative disc disorders, spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, spinal disorders with or without radiculopathy, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Some of his other clinical interests include headaches, migraines, dyspepsia, infertility, post-menopausal symptoms, and other acute/chronic internal conditions. Dr. Raimund Royer is also the international committee board member of the Korean Pharmacopuncture Institute from 2008 till the Present. He was also the Official doctor for the Austrian Embassy in Korea in 2007. He is also a member of the Korean Society of Chuna manual therapy for Spine & Nerves and the International committee board member of AKOM (Association of Korea Oriental Medicine). Dr. Raimund Royer also gives lectures at the medical school of Sungkyunkwan University on Oriental medicine and Spine and Joint disorders. He has also contributed to various articles and written columns for magazines, journals, and newspapers.
