Dr. Soon Woo Choi is a renowned Plastic Surgeon and Founder/Director of View Plastic Surgery, Seoul, South Korea. He graduated from Seoul National University, which is one of the prestigious universities of South Korea. After completing his Doctor of Medicine degree, he started working at the same Institute as a Resident and then as a Plastic Surgery Specialist, and gained a lot of experience and recognition. Later, in 2005 he founded the View Plastic Surgery Hospital, which is considered one of Korea's safest plastic surgery hospitals with a high rate of successful surgeries. With over 20 years of experience in his field, he specializes in many surgical procedures. He performs breast surgery, maxillofacial surgery, rhinoplasty, oculoplasty, liposuction & fat graft, body lift. He also carries out reconstructive surgery and male plastic surgery. Besides practicing, he did not stop the process of learning and kept advancing. He did his Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine from Seoul National University in 2018. He is an awarded Plastic surgeon and well known for his professional work. In 2019, he received an award for his contribution to BellaGel breast implant development. He also received the Key Opinion Leader award in the application of Mentor, BellaGel, and Motiva breast implants. As a senior and an expert surgeon, he holds membership of several Korean Institutes, including the Korean Medical Association, Korean Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Korean Society of Microsurgery, Korean Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, Korean Academic Association of Maxillofacial Surgery. In addition to this, he is also an active member of the International Confederation for Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (IPRAS).
