Dr. Ajit Singh Narula is a well-known nephrologist at Fortis Escorts and Heart Institute, has 30 years of experience in this field. He is an expert in kidney transplantation. Thanks to his talent and experience, he became a well-known nephrologist in the region as well as in India. Dr. Ajit Singh Narula completed MBBS at Stanley Medical College, Madras, and he gained his MD at the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. After having several years of experience, he obtained his DM at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. Moreover, he received prestigious awards like the Air Marshal Ajit Nath Award, Maj Gen Amir Chand Award, Chief of Naval Staff Award, Best Officer Award, and got Vishisht Seva Medal for distinguished service to the Nation of a high order. In addition to his work, Dr. Ajit presented more than 92+ publications both in national and international journals. He actively invited as a guest faculty in CDEs and conferences all over the world. Dr. Narula is also a co-author in various books, to name a few textbooks of environmental emergencies, environmental toxins, and the kidney, opportunistic infections post-renal transplant, diabetic nephropathy, and vascular injury to the kidney.
