Dr. Sexton is actively involved in professional associations, including the American Optometric Association, Montana Optometric Association, Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, and Tomb and Key Optometric Honor Fraternity. A True Local Connection Born and raised on a family ranch in Hermosa, South Dakota, Dr. Sexton has deep roots in the region. Her journey through the world of optometry started with valuable experience working as a lab coordinator for a Veterinary Clinic in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, bridging the gap between her undergraduate studies and optometry school. During her final rotation at the Illinois College of Optometry, Dr. Sexton discovered her love for Great Falls. She went on to work alongside a retinal specialist and Dr. Mindy Sterner Leach at the Great Falls Clinic for five years before joining the esteemed team at Central Montana Eyecare. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Sexton shares her joy with her husband, Ryan, and their two children, Nora and Nolan. In her spare time, she enjoys quality family moments, running, hiking, and the art of scrapbooking.
