Dr. Basak Oyan Uluc is a medical oncologist at Acibadem Maslak Hospital, Turkey. She provides diagnosis and treatment of various types of cancers and preventive measure programs for her patients. She has been treating cancer of the Lung, Breast, Colon, Rectal, Stomach, Pancreas, Prostate, Cervical, and Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumors for the last four years. Dr. Basak Oyan Uluc completed her MD (Doctor of Medicine) degree in 1996 from the Faculty of Medicine, Hacettepe University, Ankara. In 2001, she did her specialization in Internal Medicine from the same university. Later in 2004, she studied Medical Oncology at Hacettepe University. She has served at Yeditepe University before her association with Acibadem Maslak Hospital in 2016. Cancers affecting different organs behave differently and respond differently to treatment, so it is essential to treat them accordingly.
