Dr. Egemen Eroglu is a renowned pediatric surgeon and the head of his department in Turkey. He was born in 1972 in Mersin and completed his medical education in 1996 from Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Faculty. He further completed his specialization in pediatric surgery from the same university in 2002. Career-wise, he has been quite consistently associated with the pediatric departments of American Hospital since 2002 and Koc University Faculty of Medicine since 2016. Dr. Egemen Eroglu has diverse medical experience as a pediatric surgeon. He has successfully carried out several pediatric surgeries throughout his career. He has gained vast experience working as an observer at the pediatric department of the University of Michigan. It is the same university from where he completed his residency training. After his residency training, he worked in Ireland at Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children and in Texas at the State Children's Hospital. In 2005, he topped the European Board in the Pediatric Surgery examination and secured a position as a board member. He is very attentive toward his patients and fulfils all their needs regarding the treatment. His calm nature and easy attitude win the heart of his little patients.
