Professor Dr. Fehim Arman is a Neurologist at the Dr. Sinasi Can (Kadikoy) Hospital with more than 40 years of experience in the medical profession. Dr. Fehim is a specialist who is very famous for treating the following diseases: meningitis; Reye syndrome; brachial plexus injuries – brachial plexus injury at birth; myelitis; epilepsy; brachial plexus rupture; Erb’s palsy; brain cancer; brain stroke; encephalitis; brachial plexus avulsion; and neurosyphilis. Dr. Fehim Arman is a member of the following professional medical associations: Turkish Society of Neurology; Turkish Association for the Fight Against Epilepsy; World Federation of Neurology; International League Against Epilepsy; European Epilepsy Academy; Education of the Mentally Disabled Rehabilitation and Employment Association; and Turkish Society of Clinical Neurophysiology EEG-EMG. Dr. Fehim Arman graduated with an MD from Istanbul University in 1979. He completed his Neurology Specialty Training from Akdeniz University's Neurology Department in 1983. Then joined the Erciyes University’s Department of Neurology as an Assistant Professor and remained on that designation till 1985. In 1985, he got promoted to Associate Professor and later on got promoted to Professor in 1988 and worked at the Erciyes University till 1994. Later on, he got into the Medical Specialist Board Clinical Neurophysiology and has many publications in national and international journals. Dr. Fehim Arman worked at Michael Stiftung Fellowship Epileptic Clinic at The University of Bonn in 1989 for a year. He also joined Columbia University in New York in 2004 for a year. In 2018, he joined the Acibadem Health Group and is currently working there as a Neurologist.
