Ho Jin Shin

A Hematologist Oncologist is a medical expert who specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of blood diseases and cancers like iron deficiency anemia, hemophilia, sickle cell disease, leukemia, and lymphoma. This doctor has a background in hematology (the study of blood) and oncology (the study of cancer).

Dr. Ho Jin Shin is a well-rated and highly experienced Hematologist Oncologist based in South Korea. He started his medical education with a graduation from the Pusan National University College of Medicine in 1993. He furthered his training with his MS and MD from the Pusan National University Graduate School in 1999 and 2003, respectively. His professional memberships include the Korean Society of Internal Medicine, the Korean Society of Hematology, the Korean Cancer Society, the Korean Society for Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, the Korean Society of Hematology, and the Korean Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation. Moreover, he has contributed with his research; he has authored and co-authored many medical articles, which are published in both domestic and international journals.

His areas of interest are performing Bone marrow transplant, Blood dyscrasia, Stem Cell Transplant, Blood transfusions, Myelodysplastic Syndromes, etc. He believes that working in this field is about serving our patients and their families.

Dr. Ho Jin Shin has been associated with many hospitals over the course of his illustrious and experienced career. He has dedicatedly served in Tokyo National Cancer Center, Japan, Catholic Medical Center, and Stanford University, USA. 

Presently, Dr. Ho Jin Shin is part of Pusan National University Hospital, South Korea's medical team, as a consultant Hematologist-Oncologist.
