Born in Ankara in 1950, I pursued my calling in medicine, culminating in my graduation from Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine. Following that, I dedicated myself to the field of brain surgery, undergoing specialized training to refine my skills further. In 1981, I proudly accepted a position at Mersin State Hospital, where I had the distinct honor of becoming the very first official neurosurgeon in the hospital's history. Over the years, I honed my craft, earning a stellar reputation for my surgical prowess in the field of brain and nerve surgery. After my retirement in 2008, I received a tempting offer from Adana Ortopedia Hospital, where I spent seven fruitful years focusing on cutting-edge spine surgery. Immersed in the exciting world of spinal surgery, I became a proud member of both the Turkish Spine Association and the Spinal Surgery Association. It was an enriching experience that allowed me to refine my skills and elevate the level of care I can provide to my patients. Currently, I find myself back in the familiar city of Mersin, serving as a dedicated member of the esteemed medical team at Mersin Yenisehir Hospital. Here, I specialize in microsurgery techniques to address spinal deformities, canal stenosis, lumbar, and cervical hernias. With a focus on precision and the latest advancements in medical technology, I ensure that my patients receive the most effective, tailored treatments available.
