Dr. Ibrahim Gokcen's journey in the field of ophthalmology began with his high school education at Kadıkoy Maarif College, laying a solid foundation for his pursuit of medical excellence. He then embarked on his medical education at the prestigious IU Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of eye health.

Driven by a desire to expand his expertise, Dr. Gokcen pursued further specialization at the Clermont-Fd Regional University Eye Clinic in France and Dr. Lutfi Kırdar Training and Research Hospital. His dedication and commitment were rewarded with the coveted International Specialization DIS  certificate from the esteemed University of Clermont-Fd.

Throughout his career, Dr. Ibrahim Gokcen has served in various esteemed positions, further solidifying his expertise in the field. In 1995, he contributed his skills in the strabismus department of Hacettepe Medical Faculty, Ophthalmology Clinic, making a positive impact on patients' lives. In 1996, he took the initiative to establish and manage the strabismus department at Lutfi Kırdar Training and Research Hospital, dedicating himself to advancing eye care.
