He graduated medicine at Soonchunhyang University Medical College. He had his residency at the Department of Plastic Surgery in Soonchunhyang University Hospital. He took up his masteral in Plastic Surgery at Soonchunhyang University. He was an Adjunct professor at Soonchunhyang University Hospital. He is a former Doctor of I&U Plastic Surgery. He is a member of Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and the Korean Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
