    Prof. Dr. Max Nedelman is a Chief Doctor, Medical Director and Head of the Department of Neurology in Pinneberg Klinikum Regional Clinic. He is a specialist in neurology, neurological intensive care medicine and geriatrics. The Neurology Clinic in the Pinneberg Regio Clinic works in close cooperation with the UKE to offer modern diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for the care of patients with acute and chronic neurological diseases. The clinic treat diseases of the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord), the peripheral nervous system (motor, sensory and vegetative nerves) and the muscles. A total of 51 beds are available for this purpose. In the Stroke Unit with 11 beds, Dr. Nedelman treat stroke patients according to current medical and scientific therapy standards. In many cases, the effects of the stroke can be reduced in this way. The stroke unit is certified according to the current criteria of the German Stroke Society and the German Stroke Foundation. For the treatment of Parkinson's disease, Dr. Nedelman offer patients a special therapy program with the so-called Parkinson's complex treatment, in order to take care of all aspects of this disease in a specific and multi-professional manner.
