Dr. Mouzannar’s areas of expertise are general pediatrics and adolescent medicine with focus on growth and development monitoring, immunizations, asthma, eczema, and other allergic disease, infectious disease, and pediatric nutrition and gastrointestinal disorders. Dr. Mouzannar attended several international courses including PALS (Pediatrics Advanced Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and IPNA courses (Pediatric Nephrology). Dr. Maya Mouzannar is a member of the Lebanese order of physicians and the Lebanese pediatric society. Dr. Mouzannar has many publications and has attended several conferences including the American Academy of Pediatrics Congress in USA in 2014, 2015 and recently in 2018. Dr. Mouzannar has attended many conferences, the most recent being the Electrolytes Disturbances and Dehydration as part of Pediatric Emergencies course at Faculty of Medicine Diploma on Pediatric Emergencies, Saint Joseph University (Beirut, Lebanon). Dr. Mouzannar speaks Arabic, English and French.
