Dr. Meeraji Rao Dandangi is a senior consultant interventional cardiologist at Continental Hospital and has more than 33 years of experience in his profession. He is an expert in cardiac ablation. Also, he licensed a specialist in cardiovascular disease by HAADI. He has assisted in Cath lab/interventional procedures. He has performed over 6,990 Cath lab procedures. Dr. Meeraji completed his MBBS at Kurnool Medical College and several years of experience gained his D.N.B. and D.M. at Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research. During his education, he had a chance to get training from international experts, which helped him to become a well-known doctor in the region and India. Additionally, Dr. Meeraji is an esteemed member of the Cardiological Society of India, Life member – Pediatric Cardiac Society of India, Fellow Indian College of Cardiology. He was professionally recognized by Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Fellow of the Society for Cardiac Angiography & Interventions. Moreover, he has also done much research work like – Investigator in multinational interventional trials such as SHINE, SEPIA, TIMI25 conducted by Prof Eugene Braunwald and Prof Eric Topol. He has published 24 extracts and one original article in national medical journals.
