With an illustrious career spanning decades, Dr. Nail Sarioglu embarked on his medical journey at the prestigious Faculty of Medicine at Ataturk University. During his compulsory service in Artvin and military service in Mus, he honed his skills and deepened his understanding of the diverse aspects of psychiatry. From 1985 to 1990, he had the privilege of working closely with the legendary chief, the late Prof. Dr. Oguz Arkonac, under the leadership of Chief Physician Yıldırım Aktuna. As an assistant and chief assistant, Dr. Sarioglu gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of his field. In 1990, Dr. Sarioglu began a new chapter of his career as a Psychiatrist at Manisa Mental Health Hospital, where he would leave an indelible mark on the institution. For an illustrious span of 15 years, he served as the chief of the closed men's service, bringing his expertise and compassion to countless patients in need. His dedication and contributions were recognized, and he assumed roles such as service chief, deputy chief physician, and ultimately chief physician during his tenure at Manisa Mental Health Hospital. After an illustrious career dedicated to the mental well-being of others, Dr. Nail Sarioglu retired from Manisa Mental Health Hospital in April 2008, but his passion for helping patients remained unwavering.
