Professor Dr. Omer Aydin is an Otorhinolaryngologist at the Kocaeli Hospital of the Acibadem Healthcare Group with over 26 years of experience in otorhinolaryngology. He specializes in Ear, Nose, and Throat diseases and is well-known for treating Head and Neck Tumor and various other Nasal Diseases. Professor Dr. Omer Aydin is a professional member of the following Turkish Medical Associations; Kocaeli Medical Association, Turkish Otorhinolaryngology Association, Ankara Journal of Otorhinolaryngology and Maxillofacial Surgery, Ankara Journal of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, and Turkish Laryngology Association. Professor Dr. Omer Aydin graduated from Ankara University's Faculty of Medicine with a Medical Doctor Degree in 1988. Then, he began his specialization in ENT Diseases at the Ankara University's Faculty of Medicine of the Ear, Nose and Throat Department and completed it in 1994. Later on, in 2006, Dr. Omer got his Professorship at the Kocaeli University’s Faculty of Medicine. He has numerous published medical articles like; “Radiofrequency in the treatment of idiopathic bilateral palatal myoclonus. A new indication”, “Choanal polyps: An evaluation of 53 cases”, and many more related to Otorhinolaryngology. Professor Dr. Omer Aydin began his professional medical career in 1994 after completing his specialization in ENT Diseases. His first workplace was the Kocaeli University's Faculty of Medicine's Department of Otorhinolaryngology which he joined in 1994 and worked with till 2006. After receiving 12 years' worth of experience at Kocaeli University, he joined the Acibadem Healthcare Group in 2006 and is currently working with them.
