She became a Resident Doctor – General Practitioner at the Saraswati Rog Nidan Kendra and Hospital in Deesa, Gujrat, India, in 2009. In 2012, Dr. Priyanka Gupta joined the Rajan Babu Institute of Pulmonary Medicine and Tuberculosis as a Resident Doctor and was later promoted to Senior Resident Doctor in 2015. She joined the B L Kapur Memorial Hospital in New Delhi Area as a Senior Resident Doctor – Intensivist in 2016, then joined the VPS Rockland in New Delhi Area for the same post in 2018. Dr. Priyanka Gupta worked as a Specialist in Pulmonary Medicine at the SGK Hospital and Research Center, Jaipur, from 2018 to 2019 before joining the LifeCare Hospital Musaffah for the same post.
