Dr. Rustu Serter is a well-known and renowned endocrinologist at Acibadem Fulya Hospital. He has been working there since 2010. He is also a respectable faculty member at Acibadem University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, and Department of Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases. Dr. Rustu Serter graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and did his residency in Ankara Training and Research Hospital. Then, he did specialization in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases from Ankara Training and Research Hospital in 1996 and became the professor in this department. Dr. Rustu Serter has many years of excellent working experience. He did an obligatory service duty in Gaziantep SSK Central Dispensary as a general practitioner and provided military service as an Internal Medicine specialist at Istanbul Gumussuyu Military Hospital. He has also been a Deputy Chief at Ankara Training and Research Hospital Endocrinology and Metabolic Disease clinic. Dr. Rustu Serter has been a member of many medical associations like the Turkish Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism, National Nutrition Platform Association, Editorial Board of the Journal of Diabetes Sciences, American Diabetic Association, International Diabetes Federation, and European Society of Endocrinology. His fields of specialty are diabetes and hormonal imbalance. He has to treat a diverse range of diseases regarding the endocrine system by helping to restore the average balance of the hormones. His articles are published in national and international papers. He has also written two books on obesity and metabolic syndrome and keeps himself up-to-date with all the new information.
