Dr. Sanjeev Gulati is one of the best nephrologists at Fortis C-DOC, Chirag Enclave, and has more than 30 years of experience in his profession. He has special expertise in managing kidney transplants and children with renal diseases and has experience at leading hospitals in the UK, Australia, and Canada. He played a pivotal role in the Dialysis and Transplant program at SGPGI, Lucknow which is amongst the largest programs in the country. He completed his MBBS at the University of Delhi and then he did his MD at Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research. Also, he gained his DM at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences. After having several years of experience, and he gained his DNB at the National Board of Examinations. Throughout his career, Dr. Sanjeev Gulati worked and held positions in prestigious hospitals and medical clinics such as Director, Nephrology at Fortis Escorts, Okhla, Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, Associate Professor in Pediatric Nephrology at McMaster University, Hamilton in Canada, and more. Moreover, he has presented papers at several international and national conferences and published more than 130 scientific papers in indexed journals, including NEJM, Kidney International, and the American Journal of Kidney Diseases. Furthermore, he has also authored 20 chapters in textbooks besides numerous guest lectures. He has also written a book on Childhood Renal Diseases. He has received several awards for his original contributions to the field of kidney diseases.
