Dr. Seung Suk Seo is a highly respected and accomplished orthopedic surgeon and Medical Director of Bumin Hospital Group. He has expertise in knee joint specialists, arthritis, trauma, fractures, minimal wound arthroplasty, arthroscopy, stem cell cartilage regeneration, autologous cartilage grafting, non-surgical treatment, and sports rehabilitation therapy. Dr. Seo received his medical degree from Pusan National University College of Medicine and completed his surgery training at Inje University Busan Baek Hospital Orthopedic. He has received numerous awards and is a full-time member of various societies related to orthopedic surgery, including the Korean Society of Bone Soft Tissue Transplantation and the American Hip Joint Society.

Dr. Seo has published several academic papers on topics related to knee surgery and joint replacement. His research interests include exploring the efficacy and safety of different techniques for knee surgery, such as transtibial technique and outside-in technique in single-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. He has also investigated factors affecting the osteolysis around the components after posterior-stabilized total knee replacement arthroplasty, and the incidence of pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis after knee arthroplasty in Asians. Dr. Seo has served as Senior Professor of the Musculoskeletal Program at Inje University College of Medicine and was a former Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Busan Baek Hospital, Inje University. He was a former director of Busan Bumin Hospital and a former president of the Korean Knee Joint Association.
