Dr. Sezer Ozkan is the most experienced ophthalmologist at Dunyagoz Samsun Hospital and has professional experience in the profession and extensive training in different areas of the specialty. He has experience handling a wide spectrum of eye disease cases. He is an expert in general eye examination, eye aesthetics (oculoplastic), cataract, keratoconus, laser, presbyopia, and retina. Dr. Sezer Ozkan graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine and specialized from Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital, where he deeply learned his profession. Throughout his career, Dr. Sezer Ozkan has done many surgical cases and earned much respect from many patients worldwide. Moreover, he is a member of TOD (Turkish Ophthalmology Association).
