Dr Victor is a doctor-radiologist,candidate of Medical Sciences and head of the Department of Nuclear Medicine. His patients ages from 18 years and he works over 13 years. He is member of many professional associations like European Association for Nuclear Medicine (EANM), Russian Society of Radiologists and Radiologists (RORR), European Society for Hybrid Imaging (ESHI), European Society of Radiology (ESR) For the first time, together with the staff of the oncoradiological center in Balashikha, Moscow Region, he introduced new radiopharmaceuticals (RFLP) 18F-fluoroethyltyrosine for the diagnosis of malignant neoplasms of the brain and 18F-PSMA for the diagnosis of malignant neoplasms of the prostate gland CT, PET/CT, scintigraphy (SPECT/CT), PET/MRI diagnostics As the head of the radiology department at the oncology and radiology center in Balashikha, he was one of the first in the Russian Federation to successfully calibrate PET / CT devices using a NEMA phantom (all European PET / CT devices are required to undergo this calibration before starting to receive patients)
