Dr. Woo-Hyun Tark is a board-certified plastic surgeon and licensed Chinese doctor who graduated from Yonsei University's College of Medicine. Dr. Woo-Hyun Tark is a sought-after plastic surgeon at Tailor Plastic Surgery Clinic as well as at Yonsei Severance Hospital, where he also serves as an adjunct professor. Dr. Woo-Hyun Tark went abroad after his university years to undergo a training program for plastic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), USA. Furthermore, Dr. Woo-Hyun Tark was named first place of the Specialist Qualification Examination of Korean Plastic Surgery. He was a former director of Apgujeong Seoul Plastic Surgery and a former representative director of Batang Plastic Surgery.
