About
The reason for the existence of hospitals is to make the love of Christ present on this earth through medical technology and intelligence. We pray that the Lord's grace will be with all those who visit Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary's Hospital and the faculty and staff. Our hospital opened in February 2014 under the blessing of the Lord as a university hospital that is geographically closest to Incheon International Airport, the gateway to Korea, in order to realize the love of Jesus, who came as a healer for the salvation of mankind, on this earth with the best medical technology and intelligence. I did it. We have built a patient-centered treatment system that is convenient for both domestic and foreign countries, with excellent medical staff and cutting-edge medical equipment. Above all, all faculty and staff have inherited the noble meaning of "respect for life," the spirit of the Catholic Church, and have a sacrificial spirit that cares for patients like their own family. Based on this, we obtained the highest rating in the four major cancer evaluations in a short period of time and finally achieved the best performance of being ranked first in the country in the general hospital field in two patient experience evaluations conducted since 2018. "I think a good hospital is a hospital that provides safe and high-quality medical services to some, a hospital that engages in charity and social contribution activities to others, and a hospital that is always friendly and full of smiles to others. However, in the true sense, a good hospital can be said to be one that sincerely serves patients, their families, and all members of the community. Hyunsoo Kim, Father Thomas Director of Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary's Hospital Life has a fundamental nobility.
