Established in 1992, HERSHE Plastic Surgery specializes in various surgeries and procedures that address aging. We specialize in a variety of surgeries and procedures that can improve the overall aging process, from various aging symptoms that occur in and around the eyes as well as other parts of the face such as sagging and wrinkles, loss and shift of volume etc. Our surgeons are specialized in each surgery and provide individualized medical services according to the level of symptoms and tendencies of each customer. HERSHE Plastic Surgery attaches importance to the fact that medical services such as plastic surgery have a great impact on the lives of customers, and thus pursues a form of medical service that can focus on individual customers rather than contacting large numbers of new customers. We believe it is more important to form lasting relationships with customers through customer satisfaction by providing satisfactory medical services rather than recommending unreasonable surgery, and to provide a variety of services throughout the customer's life cycle, from improving the appearance of the face and body to preventing and recovering from aging. Regarding the competency of the medical staff, which is most important as a hospital, all our plastic surgeons have more than 20 years of experience, and they provide stable results based on their long experience and perform surgeries aimed at natural results. Our specialists are actively and continuously engaged in academic activities, have presented and received awards at numerous academic conferences, and hold patents on threads. Above all, we value patient satisfaction and safety and have had no accidents since opening. Since official registration as a foreign patient attraction institution in 2008, our clinic has been continuously attracting foreign patients and currently provides services in English, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Indonesian. In the future, we plan to gradually expand our services to various languages, including the languages we currently operate in, such as Russian and Mongolian. In addition, as a clinic with experience in attracting foreign patients from over 50 countries, we have a high level of understanding of various foreign customers based on our long experience with foreign customers on medical tourism, and based on this, we have continuously emphasized and improved customer service. In relation to this, we have won first place in the English category and second place in the Chinese category at the Service Excellence Award held in Gangnam-gu, and were selected as an excellent institution for attracting foreign patients in Gangnam-gu and an institution for creating excellent medical tourism infrastructure in Gangnam-gu, respectively. Other awards include the Minister of Health and Welfare Award and five health industry awards. In relation to other external activities, we actively cooperate with organizations such as the Korea Tourism Organization, Gangnam-gu and Gangnam-gu Medical Tourism Association, as well as Seoul Medical Tourism to expand our reach to Southeast Asia such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia, as well as the United Arab Emirates. We also participated in numerous external events in Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
