In the clinical recommendations of many examinations, the conditions for prescribing are provided, and the program also shows them to the doctor, says Bagrova. According to the physicians' commitment to comply with clinical recommendations, this is not only the fulfillment of legal requirements but also a real step towards the treatment of patients based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. The project was implemented by the stately programmers of the clinic, which allows you to use it for experience in other medical organizations. The clinical recommendation is developed by medical professional non-profit organizations according to the list of diseases or conditions (groups of diseases and conditions) formed by the Ministry of Health of Russia, approved or rejected by the scientific and practical council under the authorized body, which includes representatives of subordinate scientific and medical organizations and universities, and is reviewed at least once in 3 years and not more than once in 6 months.
