Therefore, we implemented a project to automate the processes associated with the application of clinical recommendations." "We believe that the simpler and more convenient the system is for the doctor, the more willingly he will use it. Therefore, we have implemented the appointment of all examinations required by clinical recommendations with one button, but of course you still have the opportunity to cancel some appointments if there are justifications. In the clinical recommendations of many examinations, the conditions for prescribing are provided, and the program also shows them to the doctor, says Bagrova. According to the physicians' commitment to comply with clinical recommendations, this is not only the fulfillment of legal requirements but also a real step towards the treatment of patients based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. The project was implemented by the stately programmers of the clinic, which allows you to use it for experience in other medical organizations. As a result of the implementation of the project from Invari to October 2022, the proportion of compliance by doctors with the requirements of clinical recommendations and local clinical protocols increased from 67% to 90%, the completeness of examinations of patients in accordance with guidelines and local clinical protocols increased from 79% to 96%, and an automated control system with 1,000 coverages of doctors and appointments with the possibility of dynamic monitoring and taking timely measures to eliminate violations was implemented. All this has a significant impact on improving the quality and safety of medical activities and allows you to comply with all the requirements of the Practical recommendations of Roszdravnadzor on the creation of basic conditions for the provision of medical care based on evidence-based medicine. * Clinical guidelines are documents containing structured information based on scientific evidence on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, including patient management protocols (treatment protocols), options for medical intervention, and a description of the sequence of medical actions. employee, taking into account the course of the disease, the presence of complications and concomitant diseases, and other factors affecting the results of medical care. The clinical recommendation is developed by medical professional non-profit organizations according to the list of diseases or conditions (groups of diseases and conditions) formed by the Ministry of Health of Russia, approved or rejected by the scientific and practical council under the authorized body, which includes representatives of subordinate scientific and medical organizations and universities, and is reviewed at least once in 3 years and not more than once in 6 months. For each disease in adults and children, no more than one clinical recommendation can be approved. A special section of the structure of clinical recommendations is the criteria for the quality of medical care for this disease.
